We were treated to a "spooktacular" musical event last night that showcased the talent of the Concert, Symphonic, and Hawk Bands at Heritage Intermediate School. This very talented group of students is led by band director Carlos D. Peralta.

Get those running shoes on and come outside for a fun run on Saturday, November 4, 2023. The E3 Foundation is hosting their 18th annual 2K/5K run, and this year our mascots are getting in on the fun. They do so much to help our students succeed, and it doesn't go unnoticed! Show your appreciation in any way you can—a handwritten note, their favorite snack, even just a "thank you"—and let them know you recognize their effort!

Join us for Star Wars Reads Day on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This fun filled day organized by the Etiwanda School District libraries will take place at the Barnes & Noble in Rancho Cucamonga. Activities are free and will include puzzles, crafts, story time, the Star Wars Amazing Race, a costume contest, a Lego building contest and more! The 501st will also be visiting participants during our event! We will have drawings for prizes. A portion of purchases made during this event benefit the school libraries in the Etiwanda School District. For more details visit the Events Area on the district website.

Mrs. Joanna works hard to build positive relationships with students as a member of Heritage Intermediate's campus support team. She helps to keep their students safe, to correct behavior, and to prepare their PBIS store for students at lunch. She is a wonderful addition to their team.
