A New & Alternative Form of Payment

Heritage Intermediate Families!

We recognize that more and more families utilize credit/debit cards to make payments.  Up until now, we've not had a credit/debit option for families. We have recently implemented a new system that allows for families to pay online or use a debit/credit card in our school office to pay for various things, such as field trip donations, PE clothes, Band/Leadership donations, etc.

The ability to use credit/debit cards in the office will come soon, as we are waiting for the arrival of the machine. We're expecting to be able to do that within the next two weeks.

Parents and Guardians will need to create an account online. You can do so by clicking on the following link:  https://etiwanda.graystep.com You will need your child's Student ID Number to create an account, which can be found on your Aeries Parent Portal, if your child doesn't know it.

For Step-By-Step Instruction on how to create your account and add your students, please CLICK HERE!

At this time, you will be able to donate for PE Clothes, Medieval Times, and in the very near future 8th grade activities.

If you have questions about this, please reach out to our school office during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm. You can call the office at (909) 357-1345 or stop by to speak to someone in person. We're here to help make this transition to a new payment system as smooth as possible.

Incoming 6th Grade Students

For the 2023/2024 School Year

On Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, we hosted an orientation for our incoming 6th grade students in the morning and then for families in the evening.

Our Student Leadership Classes organized the morning "Fifth Grade Fly-Up" and they did an excellent job sharing with our incoming 6th graders what life is like as a middle school student here at Heritage Intermediate School. A link to the student presentation can be found below.

Later that same evening, we hosted two separate orientations for our incoming 6th grade families. At 5:30pm, we invited the families of students who receive Specialized Academic Instruction (SAI) to join us in B1 for an opportunity to learn about our program and then at 6:00pm, we invited families to join us in our MPR to learn about middle school life. Links to both presentations can be found below.
